Your tasks
This is what awaits you in the Workspace & Delivery Solutions team within the Business Experience Solutions department:
- Consulting internal and external customers for the conceptual, technical, and functional implementation of the Atlassian product portfolio with focus on Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
- Conceptual design, configuration, and administration of the deployed Atlassian products
- Consulting and support of our internal customers in the areas of task management, knowledge management, and agile project management
- Planning, preparation, and execution of workshops
- Agile project management as well as control of external service providers
- Exciting end-to-end projects in an interdisciplinary team
- Flexible working hours with home office arrangement
- Bright rooms (open space), terrace, and ergonomic workstations
- Agile methods, standup meetings, short decision-making processes, and modern work tools

Your profile
- Successfully completed (bachelor) studies in the field of (business) informatics
- Several years of experience in application and configuration in the technological environment of the Atlassian product range with a focus on Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
- Sound knowledge of agile approaches and working models (Scrum, AgilePM, Kanban)
- Strong knowledge in requirements elicitation and agile definition
- High level of teamwork, customer orientation, and goal-oriented communication skills
- A creative personality with a quick grasp of things, who is convincing in contact and communication
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
